Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at rogueby.design.
Because all of our products are custom-printed and made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. The “Made to Order” Policy
Every item on our site is printed specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the design or item.

Incorrect size selection: We provide detailed size charts on every product page; please review them carefully before purchasing.

Address errors: We cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for items marked as “undeliverable.”
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your gear. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or the print is significantly different from the mockup, we will make it right.

Reporting Window: You must contact us at support@rogueby.design within 3 days of the product being delivered.

Evidence Required: Please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photos showing the issue (the damage, the print error, or the garment label).

Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a replacement sent to you at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Lost in Transit
If your package has exceeded the estimated delivery date and the tracking information has not updated for several days, it may be lost in transit.

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Color and Placement Variance
Please note that while we strive for accuracy, the colors of the final product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor calibrations. Additionally, because each item is printed individually, slight variations in print placement are normal for the DTG (Direct-to-Garment) process.
How to Start a Claim
Do not mail items back to the return address on the package. These go to our fulfillment partner’s warehouse and will not be processed as a return. Instead:
