An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Since every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, we will send a replacement or offer a refund at no cost to you. Check out our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
To ensure your print lasts a long time, we recommend:
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron directly on the print.
• Do not dry clean.
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring one of your favorite shirts at home and comparing it to the chart to ensure a perfect fit. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit!
We move fast! Once an order is sent to production (usually within a few hours), we cannot cancel or modify it. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before hitting that “Buy” button.
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently and is closest to your location.
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to check our size guide carefully before ordering.
We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) / DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. which makes the print feel soft and last longer.
You might notice a slight vinegar-like scent or some discoloration when you unpack a new shirt. This is a normal part of the DTG printing process (it’s the fixation agent applied to help the ink bond with the fabric). Don’t worry! It is harmless and will vanish completely after the first wash.
