2. Print-on-Demand Disclosure

Our products are manufactured and shipped through third-party print-on-demand services, primarily Printify.

• Production: Each item is made to order. Production times may vary based on the specific product and the location of the print provider.

• Mockups: Product images (mockups) are used for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the actual placement and color of the final print may vary slightly from what is seen on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process (DTG, sublimation, etc.).

3. Orders and Payment

• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

• Cancellations: Because orders are sent to production immediately to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.

• Fulfillment: Orders may ship from different locations or in multiple packages if they are fulfilled by different print providers within the Printify network.

• Delivery Estimates: Shipping dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier strikes.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product or an item with a manufacturing error, please contact us at support@rogueby.design within 3 days of product delivery.

• Required Info: You must provide your order number and a high-quality photo of the damaged/defective area.

• Resolution: Valid claims will be offered a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of rogueby.design or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
